Laddboxkillarna, a company founded by two experienced electricians in Gothenburg, offers reliable charging station solutions for electric vehicles. Recognizing their growth potential and desire to expand into new markets and increase their lead generation, Laddboxkillarna came into contact with Piktiv through a recommendation and began working together shortly after.

Laddboxkillarna originally focused on the Gothenburg market but had recently started to expand to Stockholm. Piktiv's challenge was to increase their visibility in the new market while maintaining growth in Gothenburg. We started by setting up a strategy to reach users at different stages of the customer journey and continuously improve:
Targeted advertising: Google Ads and Meta platforms to reach the right audience with a mix of search ads (for actively searching customers), display, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram ads (for broader awareness) and remarketing campaigns (to reconnect with potential customers).
Competitive messaging: We developed compelling ad copy with strong calls to action (CTAs) and continuously analyzed how our ads performed against the competition. The fact that Laddboxkillarna could offer competitive prices thanks to their own installers and products was a key message we focused on.
Efficient budget allocation: We tracked the Laddboxkillarna's installer capacity in each city to ensure that lead generation matched their ability to carry out installations. This required close communication and weekly adjustments to the budget allocation between platforms and cities. Which in turn meant we needed to be quick with new ideas and ready for change.
We worked flexibly with the budget depending on the platform and city by allocating the budget efficiently and thus minimizing the cost per lead.
Since the partnership began in January 2024, Laddboxkillarna has successfully expanded to five new cities in addition to Gothenburg. In 2024 alone, an impressive 8,120 charging stations were installed. The company continues to grow and has big plans for 2025 to expand its audience and market.
Laddboxkillarna has a strong offering by being affordable and offering good service and delivery. It has made the process of scaling up and getting more leads through ads easier. With our work with ads, tracking and strategy, we reach out to the right people who are in need of a charging box.
It's always exciting to work with companies that are driven and open to testing new ideas depending on what challenges come up. This has required us to be adaptable and nimble, and combine that with a good structure.
